They are truly a great company with a great leader and a very bright future” “We came to know GXA and George Makaye during a major SAN storage disaster. As you might imagine it was a time of extreme chaos. We were dealing with sensitive and angry customers anxious to get their systems back online. We immediately knew that the recovery effort would require more knowledge than we possessed.
We called GXA out to consult with us on how best to recover our SAN System and data. Within a few hours we had several of our critical business systems back online. Within 24 hours, 75% of our systems were back online. When all was said and done, GXA was able to bring all systems back online and recover 99+% of all of our data. Their quick response, depth of knowledge, and dedication (worked around the clock for several days) proved to us that GXA was a company we wanted to partner with long-term for our high-end infrastructure, network, server, and telecommunications needs. We entered into an agreement with them to provide a wide range of services for us. We have since renewed that agreement because of the excellent work they have been doing to help shore up our infrastructure environment. I am happy to say that we have not had another outage of that magnitude in the 2 years since bringing GXA onboard.

“As a small non-profit organization that has varying needs from year to year, we have been fortunate enough to have GXA on our team. A few years ago when I was hired by the organization as the only employee, the challenge of maintaining our computers, servers, software and licenses was more than I knew I could dedicate time too. Since 2007, GXA has been our source for all of our IT needs. They are the official maintainer of the server, the software updater, the license installer, the IT rescue team when something goes wrong (no matter who you are or what company you work for- something always goes awry at some point!) and they are the renewal deadline and password keeper of everything including services like e-mail hosting.

We had a good IT company supporting us before, but we felt like we needed more assistance since we didn’t have a full time IT resource on staff. “When I took over the IT department at our company, the servers had never been properly maintained and there was no plan for growth. Best practices had not been employed and the infrastructure was generally a mess. All I had was the key to the server room, the system password and the knowledge of which machine was the primary domain controller. I had an immediate need for assistance.
