Giving Back to Our Communities
When you partner with GXA, you also support GXA Cares—advancing education, technology access, and basic needs locally and around the world.
Our Mission
Our Purpose
We believe business success should create opportunity for meaningful impact.
At GXA, we direct a portion of our profits toward vulnerable and developing communities, helping break cycles of poverty and inequity. Our clients and partners are part of this mission—every engagement helps fund life-changing initiatives.
We don't just write checks. We build relationships with organizations on the ground to ensure our contributions create sustainable impact, not just one-time donations.
"At GXA, your success is our success. When we thrive together, we pay it forward—investing a portion of our profits into global and local initiatives that expand technology access, education, clean water, and healthcare to those who are less fortunate."

Education Initiative
Project 40
Supporting 40 children—20 boys and 20 girls—from disadvantaged backgrounds through college completion.
Originally launched as Project 10 in 2015, we expanded to Project 40—providing comprehensive financial support to 40 children (20 boys and 20 girls) from disadvantaged backgrounds. The program covers food, clothing, tuition, and housing—allowing participants to focus entirely on their education.
Several participants have already graduated high school and are progressing to higher education, breaking generational cycles of poverty through the power of education.
